02 · Screen, investigate and review
From an initial signal to a reviewed exposure map
These initial-screen answers provide a starting point. The deeper workspace assessment adds evidence prompts, selected answer-consistency checks and separate review decisions.
Result
Transparency action indicated
Review how people are informed that they are interacting with AI and retain the implemented disclosure evidence.
In this scenario · illustrative follow-up
The support team cannot confirm the supplier’s testing.
For the Customer Reply Assistant, a contributor records testing as unknown. That is a missing fact to investigate, not proof of a failed control. This read-only example shows how the workspace helps the team proceed.
- Find the evidence. The prompt asks which tests cover this use, what acceptance criteria were used and where the results are held. A technical or assurance lead is a suggested contact, not an automatic assignee.
- Keep the question open. An evidence request remains outstanding. My work links back to the retained finding so the team can provide the missing information.
- Review, then move on. An Owner or Administrator records the finding decision and reviews the map. Once approved, the next action points to any outstanding role review, then classification. Neither is approved automatically.
