EU AI Fit gives an authorised adviser a portfolio view while keeping every client workspace separate. Changing workspace changes the organisation boundary across dashboards, evidence and reports.
Activation starts with agreed terms covering plan, price, users, AI-system allowance and evidence-storage tier. Those terms control the service, so changing storage or exceeding seats requires the appropriate commercial route.
Clients approve the exact adviser identity used on reports. A later branding edit returns approval to draft, while EU AI Fit attribution, provenance and non-certification wording remain visible. The result is scalable advice with separate client boundaries and explicit control.
Business outcomes
Turn readiness work into reviewable evidence
Separate client workspaces
Keep memberships, systems, evidence, contracts and audit histories scoped to the correct client organisation.
Repeatable delivery
Use the same exposure, classification, obligation and evidence workflow without rebuilding the service in spreadsheets.
Client-approved co-branding
Prepare reports under your adviser identity while the client controls approval. EU AI Fit, provenance and the non-certification disclosure remain visible.
How it works
A controlled path to a usable record
Agree the engagement
Define client scope, users, systems, storage, commercial terms and the activation conditions before workspace creation.
Deliver the review
Inventory systems, confirm role and exposure, build obligation plans and collect the evidence needed for the agreed outcome.
Report and renew
Obtain client approval for adviser branding, produce co-branded buyer-ready reports, record follow-up actions and maintain the client record through later review cycles.
Built for scrutiny
Client separation and commercial control by design
Workspace creation follows approved commercial terms. Contracted user, system and storage allowances remain enforced after acceptance.
One adviser identity can access authorised client workspaces
Only client-approved adviser branding appears on new reports
Branding changes automatically invalidate the prior approval
Client data and memberships remain organisation-scoped
Storage can be reference-only, managed by EU AI Fit or customer-controlled
Contract acceptance and one-time access code gate workspace creation
