When an adviser supports several organisations, convenience must not weaken control. EU AI Fit gives one authorised adviser a clear portfolio view while keeping every client workspace separate. Here, Amelia Grant works for the fictional Clearpath AI Governance Practice. Her portfolio contains two fictional clients with different teams, AI systems, and commercial arrangements. Opening a workspace changes the organisation boundary used across dashboards, evidence, and reports.
One client's information is never presented as part of another client's record. Workspace activation starts with agreed terms. The accepted contract records the plan, price, included users, AI system allowance, and evidence storage tier. Owners and administrators can retain and download the accepted agreement from inside the client workspace. Those terms then control the service. Northmoor's managed 25 gigabyte allowance is visible, and changing it requires a revised commercial agreement.
Reference-only storage remains available where the client keeps evidence in its own controlled system. A storage choice is an operating and contractual decision. It is not, by itself, proof of compliance. Team access is equally deliberate. Named people receive owner, administrator, contributor, or viewer permissions. Invitations are restricted by the contracted seat allowance so the workspace cannot quietly grow beyond what the client approved.
For adviser-led reporting, the client can approve the exact adviser name, website, colour, and disclosure. Any later edit returns the branding to draft, EU AI Fit attribution, document provenance, and a statement that the output is not certification or legal advice remain visible. The result is a practical multi-client delivery model, one place for the adviser to organise work with separate client boundaries, explicit access, and contract-controlled limits.
Start with the agreed workspace, assign the right people, and keep each client's governance record reviewable on its own terms.
